Luxe Bridal Event Recap

We had so much fun and met some fabulous brides-to-be at the Luxe Bridal Event last week! I always love the energy and atmosphere of Luxe Event Production's shows. Justin of Paradox Productions kept the party going with his impressive taste in records. If you don't have a DJ yet for your next event, you'll definitely want to contact them!

Marry Me! Event Recap

I almost let a month go by without sharing photos from the Marry Me! Event at the Vancouver Hilton. It was so much fun to be a part of, and I enjoyed meeting hundreds of delightful brides-to-be!

Luxe Event Productions produced this show, and WOW is all I have to say about their events! Marry Me had an absolutely amazing wedding cake showcase, along with tablescapes inspired by different themes, and even an interactive design center for engaged couples to play with linens and colors. This event was all about getting INSPIRED!

I cannot wait for the upcoming LUXE Bridal Event. Definitely put it on your calendar~ you won't want to miss the "Gown Lounge," featuring the latest gown designs from local boutiques. Hawaiian Beach Wedding

This plumeria wedding invitation set was designed for a couple getting married on the beach at the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel on the Kohala coast. Their wedding was at sunset, and what made it even more special was their wedding date: New Year's eve! The couple had met on New Year's Eve a few years back, and then shortly after went on vacation to Hawai'i, where they fell in love.

The invitation was printed on a single folded card, with quotes about love on the front and back, and wedding details on the inside. The couple chose an RSVP postcard that was placed behind the invitation, and twine held the two pieces together. A personalized monogram tag tied to the twine was the finishing touch. The monogrammed tags were also used for favor boxes.

Gerber Daisy Wedding

This fun couple wanted an invitation suite that reflected not only their wedding flowers and colors, but their sense of humor as well. The Bride chose a custom black and pink Gerber daisy design, with an elegant typeface and playful layout. Check out the RSVP- instead of the traditional "Accepts with Pleasure" and "Regretfully Declines," this couple decided on "I have a hair appointment but I guess I can cancel it!" and "My favorite movie will be on and I don't want to miss it." I love how they put their personality into their invitations.

The Bride and Groom were awesome to work with, and I even had the pleasure of hand delivering the invites to them in Hawai'i! Luck would have it that I was visiting the Big Island the same time they were living there.
